Ingredients: beta-alanine, inulin (from chicory), creatine monohydrate, A-AKG complex (L-arginine, calcium alphaketoglutarate), L-citrulline DL-malate (1:1), choline bitartrate, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), caffeine anhydrous, acid (citric acid), flavoring, sweetener (sucralose), L-glutamine, L-tyrosine, nicotinamide, anticaking agent (calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid), blue grape fruit powder (0,1%), colors (ponceau 4R***, indigo carmine).

Instructions for use: Mix one serving (7 g) pwo powder with 250 ml cold water and drink it 15-30 minutes before beginning activity.
